Next April marks 20 years since I started Results. Over these past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of incredible people, and more trainers than I can count. But right now, I can honestly say: this is the best team I’ve ever had.

Romanian-born and trained in judo, Bogdan infuses Eastern European discipline into every session. With over 25 years of experience, he draws on a martial arts background and has coached high-profile clients like Cindy Crawford, the All Blacks rugby team, and NBA star Greg Anthony. His focus is on resilience, efficiency, and building athletic function with a mindset rooted in discipline.

Krystal blends passion and precision in her coaching style. Tyana Plewacki

With a background in competitive gymnastics, dance, and Thai boxing, Tyana’s workouts are as energetic and expressive as her personality. Born in France and now performing professionally in Los Angeles, she brings movement, rhythm, and strength together for sessions that are both challenging and joyful.

Her style emphasizes athletic rigor with artistic flow. Expect dynamic, full-body workouts that build flexibility, confidence, and coordination. Tyana’s training is perfect for anyone looking to move powerfully and have fun doing it.

Johnny Rohan

Johnny focuses on building strength from the inside out. As a Certified Personal Trainer, he creates progressive programs that combine smart lifting techniques with clean nutrition and healthy habits.

With a background in martial arts and corrective exercise, George takes a precise and performance-based approach to training. He’s certified in MMA conditioning, performance enhancement, and functional movement, and holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Robyn Stewart

Robyn is a highly experienced trainer with a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She’s worked with all ages—from kids to seniors—and specializes in functional aging as a certified Senior Fitness Specialist. Known for her ability to work around injuries, Robyn’s mantra is “focus on what you can do, not what you can’t.” Her training style is flexible and fun, constantly evolving to keep both the client and the trainer engaged.

Her fitness journey began early, competing in gymnastics by age 10 and later teaching aerobics through college. Robyn has spent her life in the gym and brings that lifelong passion to every session. She’s also the founder of RipFix.com, an online business selling hand-care products to gymnasts and CrossFitters worldwide. Outside the gym, she loves travel, adventure, and hanging out with her three-legged rescue dog, Huey.

Esteban specializes in functional training and safe fat loss. With over a decade of experience training alongside Leo, he’s known for his injury-aware programming and practical, real-world strength building.

His sessions often include mobility and stretching, balancing effort with recovery. Esteban’s calm, disciplined presence—infused with a gritty New York edge—makes him a great fit for clients who want balanced, sustainable progress.
