Move with confidence, strength, and flow. Results Flow combines dance, fitness, and performance training through high-energy cardio and beginner-friendly heels classes in a supportive small group environment.

Cardio Dance Classes

A high-energy dance workout combining fun easy choreography, cardio, grooves, and movement designed to make you sweat! All levels welcome! (maximum capacity 6 people).

Beginner Heels Classes

A safe and supportive introduction to dancing in heels. These classes focus on heels basics, posture, balance, walks, drills, musicality, confidence, and beginner-friendly choreography. Whether you’ve never danced in heels before or want to feel more comfortable embracing your femininity and stage presence, this class is for you! (maximum capacity 6 people).

About Tyana

Tyana is a professional dancer, performer, and dance teacher from France, now based in Los Angeles. With experience in live performance, cabaret, fitness, and commercial dance, she brings a strong focus on movement quality, confidence, and performance into her classes.

Her approach combines dance training with fitness and performance fundamentals, creating classes that are fun, dynamic and accessible to all levels. She emphasizes musicality, movement quality, confidence, and creating an environment where students can challenge themselves, build strength, and enjoy moving their bodies!Tyana is also a certified personal trainer at Results Fitness, where she works with clients on strength, conditioning, and body awareness through movement and training.
