Tyana is a professional dancer, performer, and dance teacher from France, now based in Los Angeles. With experience in live performance, cabaret, fitness, and commercial dance, she brings a strong focus on movement quality, confidence, and performance into her classes.
Her approach combines dance training with fitness and performance fundamentals, creating classes that are fun, dynamic and accessible to all levels. She emphasizes musicality, movement quality, confidence, and creating an environment where students can challenge themselves, build strength, and enjoy moving their bodies! Tyana is also a certified personal trainer at Results Fitness, where she works with clients on strength, conditioning, and body awareness through movement and training.
