  • As a former member of the National Taekwondo Team of Belgium, Themo Melikidze graduated from an all-athletics school, Vrij Handels & Sports Institute in Sports & Science.
Both in Europe and United States, Themo has worked with clients reaching and maintain their goals.
  • His belief in training the body and, most importantly, the mind drives the success of anyone who attempts to live healthier lives.
  • Whether you aim to lose weight, lean out, increase in muscle size and strength, or, in general, adopt a healthy workout lifestyle, Themo’s techniques are inspired by MMA, Calisthenics, Parkour, and Jump Rope Therapy to match each individual’s goals and aspirations.

  • Growing up with a bellow the average body and tired of being out of shape, Octavian decided to take charge and up his fitness. While he achieved those goals and further more even competed in IronMan, he become very passionate about helping others achieve their best bodies and health.

  • Krystal’s journey into fitness began at the age of 12, growing up in a family where athleticism was more than just a hobby—it was a way of life. Surrounded by inspiring mentors early on, Krystal developed a deep-rooted passion for fitness that has guided her career ever since.
  • In 2020, after facing personal health challenges, Krystal sought to expand her knowledge in health and wellness. She earned certifications in health coaching and nutrition, with a focus on gut and hormone health. Currently, she is advancing her education as a Nutrition and Dietetics major, working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian.
  • Krystal’s mission is to empower others to feel their best. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose body fat, or simply improve overall well-being, Krystal is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and helping you achieve your personal fitness objectives. When she’s not in the gym, Krystal enjoys exploring the Angeles Forest with her Australian Shepherd, hitting the golf course, or training in her favorite boxing gym.

Jordan Belish

  • Jordan has been a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach for nearly 20 years. His enthusiasm for fitness and athletics all started while playing baseball and basketball throughout his youth. His extra work in the gym led to increased performance on the field and court, which naturally led to a fascination with fitness.
The start of his career sparked an unrelenting curiosity about how the human body works. This led to dozens of courses and workshops through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI), and many others.
 
  • Throughout his career, Jordan has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from brand new beginners to advanced athletes. He’s also put his methods into practice by competing in Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman competitions. His high-level methods and programming have had success for fat loss, strength gain, injury rehab, sport performance, and any other fitness goal.”
